The governing body at Warwick Road Primary School consists of a group of dedicated individuals that ensure that the school is delivering the best possible curriculum to your children. Our governors come from a range of backgrounds and bring a range of expertise to the panel, together their aim is to ensure each child at the school is accessing the best possible education. 

We believe the role of the governing body is to ensure the best possible standards of provision and attainment for pupils through:

• Ensuring clarity of vision, ethos  and strategic direction
• Holding the headteacher to account for the educational performance of the school and its pupils
• Overseeing the financial performance of the school, and making sure its money is well spent
