On Monday 7th March, year 3 visited Herd Farm Activity Centre in Leeds to learn all about what life was like during the Iron Age. The children learnt how to: behave like a warrior, shoot arrows at a target, build a fence out of wooden posts and parts of trees and light a fire for making iron.
We all had a fantastic day and the weather stayed dry for us!
