Hi guys, how are you all? This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and the theme is kindness this year. In the PDF I have included below, you’ll find two weekly calendars. The first one has already got some activities planned onto it and the second one in a blank so you can plan your own kindness activities. You can also choose to use some of the ideas on the calendar and include some of your ideas too. The main thing is you focus on being kind to yourself and the people around.
