Sports Relief 2020

We had a fantastic day participating in lots and lots of sports.  Children had the opportunity to take part in a variety of sports from parachute games, skipping,archery, basketball, football and dodge ball. In addition, to improve skill and health related components, children participated in High Intensity Interval Training led by the Body Coach; danced to Just Dance and Zumba lessons and improved flexibility and balance with some Cosmic Yoga. 

The whole school, then focussed on the importance of healthy eating. Every child made their own smoothie with refreshing, tasty fruits. 

Throughout the week, children had been raising money for their sponsored walk/ run. As a warm up, children walked to the local park where they ran around the designated path. All children showed determination and perseverance to achieve. Every single child never gave up and continued right until the very end. WELL DONE EVRYONE :)
