We have timetabled in PE every single day. You can complete this whenever you want to, and of course, you can do as much PE as you want! Below are some suggestions (this has been updated):

We have created a home learning PE challenge - how many can you complete in a week? See the attached document to start your PE challenges. Let us know how many you do. If you can think of any better activities let us know and we will keep updating the sheet.

PE WITH JOE: At 9am Monday-Friday, Joe Wicks will be doing a live 30 min fitness video. Click on the link and click on the live video - you will be doing the workout alongside him (I know that I will be). If you don't get time at 9 am to do the session you can click on any other of his workouts that interests you. WARNING: YOU WILL BE SWEATING!

YOUTH SPORT TRUST: Click on the link, there are several PE activities.

DAILY MILE: These have created some at home challenges. How many can you do?

FOOTBALL ACTIVITY: Use the attachment below named football activity and complete. If you do, send in a video of your own goal celebration!

BBC SUPERMOVERS: A fun way to teach and remember some key things in Maths and English.

JUST DANCE: Children enjoy these videos on a daily basis. Choose your favourite moves and off you go.

COSMIC YOGA: Some great videos that focus on balance,co-ordination and flexibility. Children can relax and unwind following simple (and some harder) balances.

PLANK CHALLENGE:I have seen so many people completing plank challenges. Please see you below a link you could have a go at. I got this idea from tik-tok and they have some hard plank challenges too.

OTI MABUSE: She is a professional dancer (from Strictly Come Dancing) and every day at 11.30 am she is doing a live dance routine on Facebook. If you would like to use this please ask your parents permission to use or to sign up to access these great routines. Oti will also be completing a beginner class at 7.30pm as well, this is aimed at the whole family.

BOXERCISE: Using YouTube, search 'at home boxercise', there are plenty for you to choose from.

SPORT ENGLAND: They have created an extensive list of companies that are providing some free workouts for you to do.

  • Create your own relay race.
  • Go for a walk and get some fresh air.
  • Create your own game (if you do bring it in, when we come back and you can get a tick off your leadership award) and play it.
  • Go on a bike ride.
